This kit is already delivered to site Set Vlan on. VLAN7. Phone port 2. Port 3 Printer. Port 5 for screens. Installed new router and Meraki. Connected kit. Site confirmed all OK. Jonathan Lindley confirmed all OK.

Julie Barksby (Buildings manager) advised court in session - no access to court #1 today. Can we re-schedule (7:30am - 9am is only available times has). I went into the cells and located the cisco 887 but need to know how to patch it to basement? It looks like jon.lindley@bt.com is going to speak to Julie Barksby 07385529680 (Buildings manager) about getting Mitie to identify which ports the basement can be patched to the cells with. Please re-schedule once which ports to use has been identified or new ports installed? Previous visit: 09/03/2023. EX-103391828. Meraki Install. GEO AMEY LIMITED, CHESTERFIELD MC, TAPTON LANE, FLOOR GROUND ROOM COMMS, CHESTERFIELD, S41 7TW. I found New PSTN: 01246236551 located in the "Basement comms room". I have connected the Draytek and Meraki, all looks OK according to Alistair Dove. However we need to return to locate the Old circuit (to complete migration): DSL number of existing circuit 01246238208, Should be an 887 router FluidOne asset tagged SCG064-261532@BURST.NET but it looks like that is in a different court room where court is in session so was not allowed access to it. Please re-schedule when we have access to the other comms room. Thanks. Expenses £3.00.
14/12/2023 EX-102120221 Meraki Install GEO AMEY LIMITED LINCOLN COMBINED CASTLE HILL FLOOR GROUND ROOM COMMS LINCOLN LN1 3GA (Emma Thomas in the GEO Amey Custody Suite). Connected Draytek and Meraki, configured Meraki however not getting DSL on the modem. Spoke to Jonathan Lindley who had me check other locations around the building but unable to find another socket: SGEA64834157, Its been upgraded so might have a pstn written on it 01522532100. The C887 router is currently connected to SCCs line is 01522521396. Please re-schedule when the circuit is working. IMP: 2216478.
22/06/2023. EX-102120221. Meraki Install. GEO AMEY LIMITED LINCOLN COMBINED CASTLE HILL FLOOR GROUND ROOM COMMS LINCOLN LN1 3GA. Collected Draytek from Kevin, 07710322662. I was advised site contact JODY JUDD has not worked there for over a year. I have left the Draytek with Security office with Alan Wilson as all the staff from the cells had left for today, no one on-site knew where the Meraki was located. Please re-schedule. Thanks

Total Duration1:30 Q2JY-H8F2-KWAE. Task took longer than it should as no one on-site knew Jody Judd or where the new circuit had been installed (Unable to see anything in the custordy suite or the ground floor comms room, serched the court for ages in several rooms...). No phone signal in the cells - struggling to get on-line or speak to anyone finally managed to get hold of jon.lindley@bt.com who advised: "I reported as fault to OR to locate and shift line. Looks like they've not done what asked. I'll need to raise it with BB1 support to see if they can get it done. it was raised as fault 02 October" IMP: 2215050
