It is an interconnected, growing collection of notes, thoughts, ideas, and explorations, lovingly and loosely tended by myself. I started it to:
I am using Simplenote for my main digital garden space as this is the platform I already use for my personal note-taking (this is around the 4500th note I've created on it!) - and I am not a tech wizard. I won't share every note publicly, but I'm excited to look back through my existing notes to see what I want to share with the world - as well as to add more to this living collection. Using this platform should - in theory - help me keep the garden alive easily.
The other place you can find digital garden-esque activities from me is on Are.na, which can hold multiple types of media. I'm still figuring out the distinction between how I will use this more text-based, wiki-style space and Are.na (I discovered both recently in spring 2024) - but I wanted to just start rather than waiting to figure it out 'perfectly' first. Here on Are.na is where I am collecting and learning about digital gardens.
