Located kit. No light on Slot#2 Fibre optic connection (Slot 8 has a blanking plate). re-seated cables to no avail. Called Virtual 1 (Opt 3) [03448840800], a Polish lady spoke to me (Difficult to hear as very noisy in the exchange, think she was called Merina ?), she asked me to re-seat and move cables all to no avail but then said it's down to the provisioning team to activate the ports so nothing we can do today.
