Site contact: paulbarker@nwtransport.com 07836626824. Arrived at the cabin but no one had a clue. ankita.banerjee@bt.com advised ports onthe MX from port 5 -12 are free. I removed the cable from old cisco 4451 (on BTnet circuit ONEA842715). Plugged it into the MX on port 6. (Connected to new BTnet circuit ONEA18575979). MX has solid white LED and help-desk can see a client connected. Site is not getting any internet access though. Presume it's not that cable from that router then? Or BT / sites IT need to make some changes on the Draytek? I've rolled it back to how it was before. They agreed I could leave site and they will re-schedule once they have the details for the Draytek. Previous visiti: 27/05/2026. SA-312767.
