► HPASWT-3250 = 456095-001 HP Virtual Connect FLEX-10 10GB ETH MODULE C-CLASS. (Needs to have correct FW put on it by workshop first).
► HPACNS-4152 456097-001 or 781172-001. Transciever 10 Gbps Ethernet LR (long range), SF (small form factor). (it slots into the above VC module?) When replacing it just blinks a few times.... Every minute or so it blinks a couple of times. 5 mins later it's flashing as it should.

(Key 19, but was unlocked). @12:10 I located kit on-site, spoke to vishnuvardhan.reddyankireddy@bt.com who advised "Action plan : We could see from the switch, We have lost the config when the OA was replaced. The only way to recover is to go to site, plug a laptop into the back and upload the config backup you took before replacing the OA. I am not sure exactly but this is the info provided by Muthu". I have not been sent any cables to connect to this kit and do not have a config.... Please advise what I need to do while I am on-site? Been here 30 mins so far... Passing job back as per [12:40] Reddy Ankireddy,V C "Can you pls check with security team for that connection cable" It sounds like we need a console cable and crossover cable to be able to connect to this OA (Also a config). Please order those and we can re-schedule. Also as per muthuganesh_m@thbs.com they didn't make a backup of the config so please re-arrange when a config is available. Thanks

2490662 HB-102523482 Mansfield. HPACNS-3749 shipped to SS Barlborough. Found OA1 with no activity LED's at all, re-seated to no avail. Swapped card out & configured with provided IP via front panel within ‘enclosure settings’. muthuganesh.muruganantham@bt.com confirmed he can see the card OK now. I arrived 13:30, unable to get hold of muthuganesh.muruganantham@bt.com later vishnuvardhan.reddyankireddy@bt.com got back to me... I have replaced the OA card that had no LED's lit at all (it was dead). The replacement card has come to life: LED labelled "Active" is lit solid green also the "pulse" icon is lit solid green and network port has activity lights flashing. Vishnu advised: "Tomorrow we will check further on this. As i discussed with muthu he has logged a call for LED indication issue as you confirmed it has resolved"
