ANGEL TREE ORIENTATION NOVEMBER 5 | 12:30PM | PRAYER ROOM Join us after the 11AM service to find out about volunteering for this years Angel Tree. Angel Tree is part of our Prison Ministry and helps to bring the love of Christ into the life of a child of an incarcerated parent. Come to this orientation to learn of all the different ways you can help make this great ministry happen, from passing out Angels to delivering the gifts to the families. WINTER WARM-UP DONATIONS TAKEN THROUGH NOVEMBER 19 We need your new or used (clean) warm clothing, blankets and sleeping bags to hand out to our friends in the homeless community. During our Monday Night Manna meal on November 20, we clothe hundreds of adults and kids for the coming winter weather. You may donate clothing at the Information Table during the weekend services, Monday Night Manna or at the church office. Donations will be taken through Sunday, November 19. For a list of needed items pick up a flyer at the Information Counter. For anyone interested in going to Mexico, paperwork and money deadline is this Sunday, October 22nd. All required documents including a valid passport must be turned in at this time to secure your spot. Unfortunately, there will be no late registrations accepted after the 22nd due to changes within Mexico. HARVEST PARTY OCTOBER 31 | 6PM | LANCASTER CAMPUS Come bring your kids to our annual Harvest Party on Halloween. The church will be filled with tons of candy & games, our coffee shop will be open, and our Vineyard Christian School will sell hot dogs & drinks. Cost is $2 per child (17 & under). We encourage you to have your children wear innocent costumes, as it is a time of fun and candy without bloody or scary faces. We always need lots of volunteers. ACCESSORY PARTY FUNDRAISER We need you! Our Desert Vineyard's mom group, #MomLife, is collecting gently used accessories for an fun evening out. Have some accessories you aren't interested in anymore? We would love to collect those from you! Our goal is to raise funds for future needs of the mothers in our Desert Vineyard community. These groups meet at various times and locations and cover many different topics from Bible studies to support and recovery groups. Wherever you are at in life, there is a group for you. We would not be able to do the many things we do without the incredible support of our many volunteers. Next weekend, is our Annual Volunteer Appreciation Weekend.
