I was asked to meet up with an Openreach engineer at 10am. However I live about an hours drive from Leeds (Another engineer who lives in Leeds had no work on that day?) so by the time I was allocated the job I had no chance of getting to him. When I arrived at the PUP site their were no details to match up with the kit delivered so was just guessing which box to pick up.
