Envato Affiliate Contest

We’re Envato - the promoter of this competition, and these are our promo terms - please read them!

  • Competition runs from 12:01am on 1st December 2015 to 11:59pm on 31 December 2015.

  • All community members are eligible to enter so long as they are over 18 years of age, abide by these terms and our Affiliate Program Terms.

  • Envato staff may participate but are not eligible for any prizes.

  • Entrants must enter here before 11:59 AEDST on 31 December 2015 and have made at least 1 customer deposit in November 2015 and at least 100 customer deposits in December 2015.

  • Entrants must have a valid PayPal, Skrill, or Payoneer account in good standing.

  • For this competition, you will be considered to have generated a new deposit/purchase if you direct a new user to Envato Market that purchases an item or deposits money via any of the Envato Market sites for the first time.

  • Winners will be contacted via e-mail by January 7th, 2016 and announced on our forums and affiliate newsletter.

  • Each entrant may only win a total of one prize per affiliate account.

  • Only new deposits or purchases made between 12:01am Dec 1, 2015 (AEDST) and 11:59pm Dec 31, 2015 (AEDST) will be counted when determining the winners of the contest.

  • By accepting any prize money you grant us permission to mention your account and website for the purposes of managing this promotion or for any promotional activity we do in relation to this promotion.

  • The prizes are: $5,000 USD for the most improved affiliate during the contest period, $4,000 USD for the second most improved affiliate, $3,000 USD for the third most improved affiliate, $2,000 USD for the fourth most improved affiliate and $1,000 USD for the fifth most improved affiliate. Prize money will be deposited into the PayPal, Skrill or Payoneer account of the winners.

  • We’ll only use your information for the purposes of managing, administering and promoting this competition. If the law requires it, we may report any prize winners and prize details to the relevant tax authorities. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information about how we deal with personal information.

  • Prize pool payments are subject to foreign exchange rates of the date of payment. Entrants are responsible for meeting any tax obligations that come up as a result of this contest, however we may withhold any part of a prize if the law requires us to do so.

  • We reserve the right to alter the duration of the competition.

  • Winners will be announced Thursday 7th January 2016.
