Workshop Instructions: All kit must pass through W/S and be identified for re-imaging, all EIS assets have extended warranty and this route should be used for repair. Any work outside warrenty to have approval and PO before work is undertaken. This applies to Laptops and Printers as they are all EIS owned assets. As any EIS owned laptops are scrapped, all spares are kept and located in the EIS section of the workshop. These should be used for repair is parts are available prior to going to chargable.
