Arrived at site and found the circuit is dead - Flashing DSL Sync LED on the router. Plugged a phone in, but not getting a dial tone. Open reach have not attended either

Delayed reaching site as had kit to drop at stores and then call in for fuel. Router 1111-8P now connected via ethernet cable to ONEA14414853 cnspbt-nr-r-552160-01 installed The other router: cnspbt-nr-r-552161-01 was left in the comms room with site contact kamran.rashid@nottinghamcity.gov.uk 07591411890. mark.summers@bt.com commissioned the router. All OK

I got % Authentication failed when attempting to log in with my own TACACS. (so did support when they shared my screen). ''I power cycled ADVA box and he could then access the router remotely''. ==Workshop Instructions== • Trash hard drive partition & clear to working stock (no build required). • Test machine as normal & package with correct power adaptor. Note: - The small Desktops need 135w Power adaptors. Anything less and the machine will just beep at you with no POST / nothing on the display.
