OpenReach can't move the circuit until after 1pm either so I have been asked to just hang about. He showed me to the old comms cab and I can see an ADVA in it, but no router (ADVA goes to patch pannel #22, but Andrew has no idea where that goes to?) So what's the router I need to find to move? Is it a cisco? and where might port 22 go to? secondary is a cisco - 1117-4P. She advised the only router they have is the black one on a desk at the back, (but that's not a BT router). I tried again to get access to the Health - centre on the right but as per previous visit. I went next door but the lady on reception was very unhelpful and not even happy to let me in and have a look at the routers they had (She said they had not been notified of anyone attending and wasn't able to let me in even after I advised it was a pro-active alert raised on the router) I could see a black comms cab on the wall but wasn't allowed to look in it. Seeing as I was unable to get hold of anyone on-site that knows where the router is located please re-schedule. I could see a Cisco C1111-8P already in the rack and the existing 02 router, but no new router delivered to site? azeez.aina@nhs.net was not on-site when I arrived, he arrived later on with the new router. The task took longer than expected as router did not come pre-configured. Had to be sent a config and apply it to the router from sidali.nessal@bt.com he remotely, failover tesing complete. azeez.aina@nhs.net did not want the old router and asked me to take it away, I will drop it off at Barlborough stores. Site visit complete. All OK.

15/11/2022 RE-103135182 ref INC000016520146. Steven Mumford advised Secondary is now OK, I Logged into secondary router, SSH already Enabled. (Came back by itself) and Primary went down again. I have restored SSH key again which has given him access. Previous visit to do exact same thing was: 08/11/2022. RE-103119300 / INC000016464012 / TAS000031426373. CISCO C1111-8P @ THE IVY MEDICAL GROUP LAMBLEY LANE NOTTINGHAM NOTTS UNITED KINGDOM NG14 5BG. (No config found on config store), Logged into cnspbt-nr-r-509576-01 with HSCNAdmin local creds and found: "SSH Disabled - version 2.0" I pasted in: crypto key generate rsa general-keys label SSH modulus 2048. which restored the SSH key. It kicked me off (Unable to log in with my TACACS), local creds no longer work with WAN connected. Spoke to gianluca.wood@bt.com who checked and remote access is now restored.

Spoke to gianluca.wood@bt.com he did not have local creds so passed me onto robert.collard@bt.com Rob had the same local creds that I had tried to no avail. Had to break into router and re-load config. Still no luck so spoke to 3rd line: henry.cox@bt.com compared TACACS & AAA config to another router and finally got it to work, however local access then stopped working again. Rob & Henry were not concerned local access no longer works as we have now resolved the remote access issue and site transferred back onto primary router. All OK. Call can be closed. Thanks.

I have called KEYBRIDGE HOUSE 0845 603 6679 OPT 3 @ 10:45, they put this job in their queue for [commissioning] and someone will call me back, dan.nandha@bt.com called me back shortly after, he's was unable to find this job. I have emailed him all the details that I have from eng.com. Dan got back to me 11:23 saying "These are the IPCLEAR Task, these two ONEA numbers are been completed last year, we deal with new installed, looks like you been send by Maintenance team to replace routers. You may need to contact 0800 085 3785 / 0808 100 1658". I have called 0800 085 3785 and spoke to Sam who advised this job was nothing to do with him. Called 0808 100 1658 spoke to John who advised that number is just for faults. Spoke to Liverpool Control: 03316698963 (Chris Owens) who advised to speak to a guy in Hungary with EIN: 611903165. Spoke to virag.juhasz@bt.com who advised to try 0845 603 6679 OPT 2 - this should be the number of the commissioning desk. I have called 0845 603 6679 (Option 2). Spoke to stephen.3.best@bt.com (no longer works on HSCN) who is able to connect to the routers, he's going to call me back once commissioned. I have located cabinet, however it is locked and requires a combination to open it. press f3 then 5214 I am in the cab, but unable to see a CISCO CATALYST 6824-X-LE-40G. [04/05/2021 12:33] Ginger,K,Karl,NKB17 R: the terminal server is in ay 033 12 27/28 rack 458 labelled as shecore-96 so we need to check there is a cable in the console port for shecore-71 , that goes back to the TERMIANL SERVER (ISR4331) we cannot get from the TS to the cisco 6824 shecore-71 , it appears to be a physical connection i am told , so cable from shecore-71 console should go back to ISR4331 , which i am told goes back to an octupus cable on the terminal server shecore-96 After several trial and error attempts, as per mahmood.rasool@bt.com I connected shecore-71 to the green octopus cable #P6. Swap out the NIM-24A and SM-X-NIM-ADPTR in 0/2 install a new NIM-ES2-4 or NIM-ES2-8 as sent into free slot. Install the new SM-X-64A in remaining spare slot and move async term serv Octal cables across. If you can, replicate the positions as per old card. I will amend the async port config then test the async ports, at least 2 on each cable to ensure config aligns with connected devices.Installed cards as per mark.summers@bt.com all OK.
