On Sept 14th, 2018, two days after Reddit’s GreatAwakening was banned, and only one day after NotHereForPizza was blackmailing me, I received a private message from a user named BuilderAnon. I had never heard of him before. According to BuilderAnon, he played a role in helping to found vProtectVoat along with Kevdude and Scandinavian. BuilderAnon went by username Electrolumus at that time. Kevdude confirmed that this was all true.
The reason this is significant, is because Kevdude has been a major help to me. When GreatAwakening was growing, he really showed me the ropes. He’s the one that showed me what free speech really meant. He did this all unselfishly and behind the scenes. If I had a question, he was there. He ended up making me a mod of v/ProtectVoat.
BuilderAnon’s idea was to found ProtectFreedom, a “Q focused ProtectVoat”. Using the same concept that they did for ProtectVoat, he wanted done again, so Kevdude agreed. He wanted someone that could help bridge 2 communities. They hoped that I would “lead the community to the first table”.
BuilderAnon started to describe his goal. That’s where it got confusing, and I have since learned, involved consensus cracking. Not knowing what that part was all about, I thought it seemed like a really positive movement. It included us, as a group of like minded people getting together to draft a copy of the Protect Freedom Charter. It would mark the beginning of drafting an Internet Bill of Rights.
It would involve recruiting people that would track infiltration and shill tactics. SwampWatch folks on Reddit, could provide a pool for me to seek help from within. You will see later that he’s referring to “TheSwampWatch.” Those are people he can recruit. “They are your seed.” We organize them and train them to be curators. Remember what the seeding is. Together, with the folks from TheSwampWatch, we can build ProtectFreedom. Look who he specifically mentions as being part of the SwampWatch... Neon Revolt.
BuilderAnon goes on to say, that Reddit’s GreatAwakening’s mods were “taken over by spooks” a week before news of the hack, and that TheAwakening mods on Voat, are the same hijacked moderators from Reddit.
He then asked me to create a new subverse called ProtectFreedom. I asked Kevdude what he thought. He said BA was an ally, and encouraged me to go ahead and make the sub. I did, but the next day, after reading Neon Revolts blog post, I told Kevdude that I didn’t trust BuilderAnon and wanted to back out. Then I resigned from that subverse.

Consensus Forming/Consensus Cracking
If you followed the link above and read my post about Neon Revolt, you should be familiar with the term Consensus Forming, or Consensus Cracking. When I was reading Neon’s blog post describing the sock puppets from Reddit, it all started sounding very similar to what BuilderAnon was describing to me.
What I am about to show you, is that the day before, as Neon Revolt was typing away on his keyboard and writing out his blog post, BuilderAnon at THE SAME TIME, was writing me, describing the nice, innocent sounding version of something much darker involving many sock puppet accounts on both Voat and Reddit.
BuilderAnon was very close to having me talked into leading a movement, where he would recruit people, such as the ones from TheSwampWatch that Neon Revolt described in his post, to come join me in the new subverse I created, v/ProtectFreedom, and INFILTRATE VOAT. What’s strange tho, is how BuilderAnon said that Neon Revolt was from TheSwampWatch too. Here is a very interesting post made by a former Redditor, posted on September 18th...

BuilderAnon describes how he uses Consensus Cracking
BuilderAnon said he wouldn’t be here to seek a title or a role. He would be here to “employ chaos to create order”. His purpose is to cause chaos and purposefully divide people, so that it will cause a debate. His goal is always aimed at going after mods. Then, just as he did using one of his older Voat sock puppet profiles, ElectroLumus, he explains that he fades away, once his mission is accomplished. That’s what he told me he would do after ProtectFreedom got established as well. Here, he calls it Consensus Forming.
“Those posts should appear over the next several days where the most users can see the discussion. The topic should include moderation, mocking bird smear campaigns, and moderators framing other users for violation of rules”.
BuilderAnon tells me that he is a contributing engineer for Qmap.pub, which, he also says is an engineering consensus. He admits to having some control over what happens there.
Here he describes that Qmap.pub leads thought.
”Thought leadership is key, qmap.pub leads thought, you guys lead thought, when I establish this iterations persona, it will lead thought.”
Here he talks about using qmap.pub to their advantage.
They won’t see them coming when we do come. Qmap.pub is massive in terms of users and eye balls. It’s the hidden high ground.”
He tells me that he was banned from the Reddit sub but luckily the admin for qmap.pub found him before he was banned. Here, BuilderAnon tells me that he has an alt, named aQmapPubCurator.
Here are some of BuilderAnons PM’s he sent to me after reading Neon Revolt’s blog post...
”That part of Neon’s post with the part about concensus building feels like someone must be eavesdropping on our conversation today and just phrased it all in the negative as a plot to undermine Q.”
”Neon is basically calling me a spook.”
”First let me say I’m sorry about today. I’ve given over my chat logs to Kevdude to analyze. That article was far too pointed talking about Swamp Watch, concenses cracking, alt swarms, and you considering our conversation. I’ve been rattled all day by it too.”
Since I pulled out, BuilderAnon asked me to keep quiet about his different sock puppet accounts. He told Kevdude that someone snitched on him to Neon Revolt and he was mad. Remember, when Kevdude says EL, he’s talking about ElectroLumus, BuilderAnon’s username he knew him by.
BuilderAnon continues writing me for days, trying to appear as if he’s one of the good guys
I wanted to learn as much as I could about what he did since I was now aware that he was up to no good. So, I let him keep talking.
He told me he’s a software engineer, and that he was tracking Voat users. I asked him how he did that. He said Graph Database Decentralized. After tracking all these over time, he’s able to make connections and find people’s sock puppet accounts. He explains how using it, you can usually suss out the primary accounts behind a sock puppet and illustrate the whole effort in public to shut down one of these efforts. He showed me some examples. A few days later, he sent me a private message telling me how he built a tool to track users.
During this time, he made a post on v/GreatAwakening...

After trying to gain my trust for 5 days, he finally became angry. (Read the following private messages from bottom to top like you would your own inbox.) He got attitude with me out of the blue. I was really surprised. This was my response. The arguing continues. He has hated me ever since.
Now, you will see how bad, BuilderAnon, aka ElectroLumus really is.

ElectroLumus is so arrogant, that he can’t stop himself from bragging about all the bad things he does. He loves the attention he receives. He loves feeling powerful. This was his downfall.

What this boils down to is that this person had established himself on both Reddit and Voat and was/is deeply involved in Consensus Cracking, and now is hell bent on dividing the Q community on Voat. He planned on bringing others from Reddit’s The_SwampWatch to help. This is a big concern.
Myself and several anons I’ve been working with, know of several people that are in this group, and were already established on Voat for a long time, or they are possibly even BuilderAnon himself. I introduced you to NotHereForPizza already. The other 2 users constantly attacking us mods from GreatAwakening the hardest, literally on a daily basis, are ThisIsTotallyNotMe and YoullRememberMe. (Note the similar usernames). Much more to come about these two! It got so bad, that I finally made a post...
Just to give you an idea, of how likely it is that ThisIsTotallyNotMe IS BuilderAnon, you can read this thread. He deleted several of his comments. Here, Thisistotallynotme makes a comment to me pointing me to his side bar of his new sub.
Did you know I put Johnson v. Eisentrager, 339 U.S. 763 (1950) in v/ProtectQRV's sidebar because it applied to little ol' you?
Notice anything familiar? His subverse is named ProtectQRV. Very close to ProtectFreedom, which BuilderAnon asked me to make. Not only that, the side bar talks about the Bill of Rights, just like BuilderAnon did. Note how the post also says that we want fame and power because we don’t unify with QRV. Here is my reply letting him know that I knew who he was.
What’s important to know, is that when I started to call him out and named his alts, he hurried and deleted all profiles except Heru’s. But, not before we already had their comment history archived.
If all that wasn’t bad enough, BuilderAnon started trying to turn Kevdude against me by saying I was compromised, without providing any proof. He doesn’t like that I’m a mod of ProtectVoat. He wants me demodded. Kevdude was surprised by how he was acting. He agreed that BuilderAnon was involved with ProtectQRV, and he felt betrayed. So what does BuilderAnon do? He accused Kevdude of putting voat at risk.
