I located the new master socket provided by Openreach PSTN number 01623 797587 in the office (Not within reach to connect to the LANCOM it's about 20meters away). I have left the SIM card in the jiffy bag on-site under the tills / under the LANCOM device ready for a return visit after the line has been moved. milin.waghmare@bt.com was made aware. Thanks

All updates regarding the SIM cards will be on Unity, if you require access please contact Andy Neal. Called UK Hughes BP Support Desk on + 44 1908 425376. Gave them ref: UKBP15388. Swapped SIM card over OK, but when swapping the line over to new socket 01623 865454 the Hughes support desk advised the Cisco would not detect the line. (The socket had a dial tone and the CD light on the router truned solud green). (Old socket 01623866249). Hughes said I need to log onto the router, but I do not have credentials. TACACs does not work. Hughes helpdesk can see the router but can see ADSL is just stuck in "Training mode" when connected to the new line (They are reluctant to re-boot the cisco for some reason?). navjeet.atwal@bt.com advised its totally for them to manage. Hughes helpdesk are asking did BP order the line or was it us that ordered it? Navjeet said "They know all of this as we/ve migrated 300+ sites already. bp ordered the line, It's a replacement for their HNS line" Please note the openreach junction box has a missing cover - wires look a bit of a mess and look like they could easily fall out. Reverted back, but the Lancom device keeps losing connection. Waiting for Huhues helpdesk to make some changes and check again.... Card payments were working for a while, but have since stopped working again even though all LED's on the Lancom are green. Looks like an issue with the Lancom still keeps bouncing. Looks like we need openreach to check the line (as I say socket in the cupboard is a bit of a mess). Site is currently working OK. Please re-schedule when they are ready to swap the ADSL cable over.
