2010516 HP Compaq Elite 8300 USDT SN: CZC4101T7N will not boot up and is completely dead System borad: 711787-001 SPS-MBD MAHO BAY USDT FORD = COMSYB-6246 Customer Equipmemt Ref 117088 loaded to Workshop on Movement Ref 1553046 * Shipped via (AP1) APC COURIER NBD PRE 10AM * PC now turns on, but beeps x4 times and nothing on the display. Requires a Power Adaptor (we do not have one in the workshop to fit this machine) requres: 648964-001 SPS-PSU ENT11 PFC 135W 87 EFF USDT = COMPSU-5657 to be able to test the PC. Will need powering up as serial number may need programming in before it can be shipped back, unless customer is able/happy to enter the serial number in BIOS? System board replaced - Mark Bayliss is ordering a power adaptor for workshop test use so we can test and possibly brand this machine before we can ship it back to the customer. Unable to give system board back to warranty yet as it has not yet been tested.
