ENVATO SPIRIT DAY 2015 COMPETITION TERMS
We’re Envato - the promoter of this competition, and these are our promo terms - please read them!
The promotion runs from 09:00 Wednesday 14th October 2015 to 23:59 Friday 16th October 2015 Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time ADEST. No entries will be accepted after that time.
Anyone can enter this promotion so long as they are over 13 years of age. If you’re under 18 please get your parent or guardian’s permission to enter. Only one entry per person is allowed.
To enter, you must complete these two steps:
Upload your photograph/graphic with the purple Spirit Day theme to Instagram ensuring you use the two tags #envato #spiritday
The competition categories are:
Most Creative Purple Selfie
Most Creative Use of Purple Graphic Elements (eg. filters, layers, graphics)
Most Creative Purple Illustration
Most Creative Purple Workspace.
The promotion will be judged by a panel of judges from Envato, on or by 29/10/2015. All decisions made about this promotion by the judges and the promoter are final.
The winning entry judged and selected from each category can choose one of the following prizes:
1 x $50 USD Envato Market Credit
1 x $50 USD Envato Studio Credit
1 x 3 month subscription to Tuts+ ($45 USD value)
Total value per category: $50 USD
Total value across all four categories: $200 USD
You grant us an ongoing worldwide, royalty-free non-exclusive license to use your entry for the purposes of managing this promotion, for any promotional activity we do, for Envato Blogs/Content areas documenting Spirit Day and internal use in celebration of the LGBTI and Envato Community in poster format.
We’ll only use your information for the purposes of managing and administering this promotion - you can’t enter without giving us some information so we know who wins and how to get a prize to you! Please see our privacy policy for more information about how we deal with personal information.
Play fair! We reserve the right not to award prizes, to disqualify entrants, and to discontinue a contest if there is any illegal or fraudulent behaviour and also to cancel the promotion if there are any circumstances that mean the promotion can’t be run as planned, this includes technical issues, hacking, natural disasters and anything else beyond our control.
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or coupon.
