HWBF OUT OF HOURS CALL - CHECKLIST Before attending an out of hours call it is advised the check the following before you attend, so you do not have a wasted site visit. 1. Do we have the correct address / contact details. 2. Is the customer going to be onsite or alternative contact. 3. Confirm that the call has been vetted correctly and correct part is being sent. 4. Do we have arranged access to customer site. 5. Have the parts been delivered (Confirm eta / POD). 6. Do we have remote support available. 7. Has a Change Request been raised / Downtime been arranged. 8. Has a line test been carried out and confirmed working – prior to visit (Routers Only). If you have issues trying to confirm these details, then please speak to the 24X7 Support Desk or alternatively speak to the duty manager.
