Do we have the correct address / contact details. 2. Is the customer going to be onsite or alternative contact. 3. Confirm that the call has been vetted correctly and correct part is being sent. 4. Do we have arranged access to customer site. 5. Have the parts been delivered (Confirm eta / POD). 6. Do we have remote support available. 7. Security did not have details of my visit, but eventually was allowed access. liam.2.turner@bt.com advised "I don't think we'll be able to fit the new one, cause it'll cause storage issues and we don't have any resource from the storage team tonight So we'll probably just go for a reseat. I procceded to re-seat the card in the server he had powered off, but turned out to be the incorrect server. Then he powered a different server down / re-seated PCI cards in that Liam advised "server is back and can access the server. All fibre interfaces look good, zero faults at all" As Per Liam part sent is not required. I will return it to stores un-used. (Panduit).
