Yuba tofu skin recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 litre soya milk

Method

  1. Pour in 30cm saucepan, bring to simmer
  2. On low heat, after 25 minutes, run knife around edge, lift out skin with dowel
  3. Place on baking sheet unrolled
  4. Repeat, stacking yuba, until all milk used up

Makes about 240g
