54.2 PRINTER ERROR Description This indicates an error in the color toner carousel.

Action Turn the printer off and on to reset the printer.

Open the color toner door, and look for an obstruction. If necessary, remove the toner cartridges individually by manually releasing the carousel brake and rotating the carousel around to each cartridge position, and remove the cartridges. Turn the printer off and on to reset the printer.

If draw won't open - take off left side & turn cogs till both arrows line up. If paper jamming, check roller is going round - might need to take end off and clean the metal holder. Pick up roller shouldn't turn freely - check solonid.
