General:
✥ When he talks, he often repeats himself or ends sentences with "I think," or "Maybe," mainly because he's never too sure of himself.
-Tries to reiterate certain things as much as he deems fit, (which is sometimes every other sentence,) such as telling someone how nice they are.
-Likes using emojis so he can express his emotions properly. Also thinks they're cute.
✥ Doesn't care much about what people think of him, nor how they treat him. He can take more than a few punches and still come out smiling. ..Sometimes literally.
-Kind of oblivious. He takes things very literally at times since he's still learning about the world around him.
✥ He takes Ishigaki-san very seriously.
-Most of what he does, he does for Ishigaki's sake. As long as Ishigaki is smiling, he's smiling too.
-Although it doesn't happen often; Anchor has a very terrible temper when it comes to his rider. When people insult or try to bring harm to him, he gets /very/ hostile, despite his usually calm behavior.

Extra:
-The only animal he knows is a dog. Therefore; every animal to him is some kind of dog. (He's working on this.)
-Despite being such a cheerful guy, when it comes to racing, he's all seriousness. He and Ishigaki were the aces at one point, and for a good reason.
-Addresses everyone with "-san," no matter who.
-The only exception is Midousuji (bcs they got fed up with it) and Ridley, whom he calls "Ridley-chan" out of affection.
-Loves the rest of Kyofushi almost as much as Ishigaki does.
-Tends to talk in ONLY emojis when he feels guilty.

Likes: Strawberry gels, emojis, Ishigaki-san, the color red, bubble baths, taiyaki, head pats, bubble gum, dogs, Kyofushi, all the other bikes, friends
Dislikes: loud sounds, honks, hiccups, lemons, trees?
