Router installation: Router will be sent via Parcelforce / APC to the closest depot to site. Will need to be picked up before the job. If you haven't been told where it's been sent, please message Louise Allen.
External antenna may be required (will be sent with router) so ladder and drill may be required. If you don't have a ladder or drill please still attend site to install router.
Cradlepoint app may be required for install. If you don't have log in details for this please contact ciaran.oriordan@bt.com who should be able to provide you some. App can be used as guest if needed. If no access to the app, please take a picture of the router plugged in and a screenshot of speed test.

I was delayed reaching site as was not sent info on where to collect replacement router from APC/Parcelforce depot Location. GS Couriers Lincoln Limited Unit 5 Swinderby Industrial Park Electric Avenue Lincoln LN6 9BJ (Large diversion to site as main road was closed). All I have been given is a Movement Ref 1913768 had to wait for logistics to get back to me with Tracking ref 0001475. 10:50 collected part. Now 25 min drive to site. Arrived 11:20. EE700429. (Delayed reaching site as was not advised where I need to collect the kit from for this task? Nothing on the task notes on my eng.com page / no Unity ref ? Messaged Louise who advised part is in opposite direction from site at: Courier Logistics Ltd, Unit 18-21, Kingfisher Way, Dinnington, S25 3AF. The Consignment Note is 0001383). Called 0800 043 0184. emailed photos to connectedbusiness@ee.co.uk EE800020. Left black antenna box on-top of the cab (Office was too far from the outside to connect it anywhere else). Thanks.
04/12/2023. Task 01: (Duration: 2:00 / Cisco Complex). MB-119511291 BROBOT DINNINGTON S/S, OUTGANG LANE, SHEFFIELD, South Yorkshire, S25 3QY. UKBP15378. Task took longer than is should because Swapnil had not officially contacted BP to advise of the migration. I found the Lancom device is in a different room from the EE Rapid site device which is in the back cash office but a cable had been ran to the other room. swapnil.pawar@bt.com activated the SIM "you have to connect that ee rapid cable to lancom device and do sim migration with Hughes", Hughes helpdesk number +44 1908 425376 option 2. Sim number- 8944538532046507251. this is activated For National roaming sim below is the activation process:- APN = ukiot / No username or password required. I spoke to Mohammed Raza DD: +44 (0) 1908 425-363 / Email: m.raza@hugheseurope.com . I completed SIM card swap in the Lancom all OK. He advised they have had no confirmation at Hughes about connecting the cradleport and advised not to do it and leave site. I also emailed grvcc@hugheseurope.com again Mohammed says BT need to contact BP officially to inform them before this can go ahead and again said for me to leave site. ☝

"EE Rapid Site" Delayed reaching site due to flooded roads, had to take several detours. Kit was already in a box with other routers and cables I had to un-tangle it all, on-line Form complete and Kit returned to Barlborough stores.: Router Name EE600187 Serial Number: WB2229TA030487.
07/12/2023 Task 01: MB-119744777 EE RAPID SITE DECOMM. DB Cargo UK "Carolina Way, Lakeside Business Park, Doncaster " "DN4 5PN " (Delayed reaching site due to managers meeting to check my van). Site contact Thomas Fry handed me a carrier bag containing the kit. He assured me everything was in it. Photo's took and form filled in. SN: 6P1157002401A136. I will return it to Barlborough stores.
