Playgon's Vegas Lounge Markor Technology
Most recently, British Columbia-based game brand Playgon announced that its subsidiary Vegas Lounge has started online with Markor Technology. The agreement between the two companies was announced in June 2022 and has now come to fruition as the exclusive live dealer game subsidiary has been activated with B2B and B2C technology solution providers.
Playgon Games is headquartered in Vancouver, B.C., and is known for its SaaS technology focused on online content creation and licensing for the iGaming market. The SaaS platform includes live dealer casinos, E-Table games, and daily fantasy sports with seamless integration at the operator level, allowing customer access without revealing personal information.
Markor Technology is a world-renowned provider of B2B and B2C technology solutions and services to the global iGaming brand, providing a complete multi-product vertical and multi-licensed PAM system that can be transformed into self-service and managed solutions. The gaming content aggregation platform offers more than 5,000 games from key partners.
With this agreement, Makor Technology will adopt Playson's industry-leading mobile first-live dealer and e-table products for its products, which will be available to customers around the world. At the start of integration, content has been released to one of Europe's largest operators operating in more than 150 countries.
Darcy Crogh, chairman and CEO of Playgon Games, said the company is pleased to work with an international provider of iGaming B2B. He said the integration was quick and easy and operators have shown great interest in the product so far. The company is now looking forward to working with Markor to accomplish many great things together.
Markor Technology CEO Melissa Summerfield shared that operators are always looking for new and attractive content for their players, which is why the company is always looking for the best possible content. She believes that the B.C. company's live casino games will be a huge addition to its B2B portfolio, and that they will be a hit among betters.
A few months ago, Playgon announced its intention to become a licensed corporation in Ontario and the newly regulated local market for private operators. The company has already filed an application with Ontario's Alcohol and Gaming Commission, and is awaiting a response. With permission, the company can provide an exclusive Vegas lounge platform in its jurisdiction.
Meanwhile, the state is awaiting the launch of several leading game brands. Recently, leading sports book BetVictor announced that it will be broadcast live in its jurisdiction this week as it acquires an operating contract from iGaming Ontario. In addition, Pinnacle, Bet99 and Betano are also rumored to be live in the area soon.
