Implement local storage of the setting so when the authenticate with GitHub is done, the token is saved locally so we dont have to authenticate again. + Now, because we might run that app in our current local environment (our own server and not Google Coud) I want you to look for the environment variable "GH_TOKEN" and if found , use it by default (keep the possibilities to supply a different one in the settings, but display a message that de default token was found if that is the case)
