Greetings, dear reader. I am just another person like you, who grew up in a different part of the world. In this article, I will describe you what I see in complete detail.
In addition to colors, lines, shapes, and visual details, I am able to perceive a person's emotional state in a glance.
With these pair of eyes, I can see through the essence and structure of everything. I can see what tiniest words and actions would greatly fix and change a person for the better. I can also see what tiniest words and actions would break and annihilate someone.
I see the solutions alongside the flaws. I see that most of our society is trapped in a large-scale illusion genjutsu. I see even the tiniest psychological factors that surrounds a person.
With such degree of insight and awareness, one would expect that I am living an interesting and wonderful life, yet that is far from the truth.
Because of everything I see, I have to try harder than anyone else, to try harder to pretend that I didn't see anything.
Yes, I didn't see that you're breaking your own child's mind apart and leaving a deep scar that will come back to bite you someday while you're not aware of what you're doing.
Yes, I didn't see that you didn't really mean to be rude, but you're just feeling bored and starved of attention.
Yes, I didn't see all the possible factors, circumstances, and situations that happened in the past and is currently happening in the present that led you to commit such act of stupidity.
Yes, I don't see how I'm wasting most of my life from holding an immortal grudge against those who tried to break me.
I don't want this pair of eyes. Let's exchange eyes so you get to see all the horrors and magic I'm seeing and I get to live a normal life as an emotionally mediocre person.
It's really difficult to act normally and focus on your daily life when you see all kinds of things. It makes me feel as if I'm somehow obliged to push the magic button only I can see to improve the life of someone.
But no, I'm not and I'll never be obliged to do that. I'm a fair person so I never tried to push the magic button for my life as well. So we'll all suffer instead and get the same ending HAHAHAHAHAHAH. THAT'S HOW IT SHOULD BE!
After all, evolution cannot be stopped. This world can still function and evolve even when I don't do anything.
Like I said, I'm just another human like you. Let them all suffer for all I care, but I'll suffer with them as well so all will be fair.
Life for me is like watching a very long and random movie. I see random characters doing random, sometimes stupid things. As a watcher, I know why they are doing those things and what stuff are they trying to do.
But the difference is, if we wanted to, we can somehow influence the characters' decisions by shouting at the screen or going inside the screen. I can say "NOOO! Don't split up! The ghost will eat you!", and they'll probably hear it.
However, I refuse to do any of that. I once belonged inside this television, within that same movie, but I hated it so much that I found a way to leave it by going outside the tv. There's no way I'm going to participate in it again.
I'll just remain here, watching them fall into their doom, eating popcorn and pretending that I'm not a part of that movie.
Still, the show is getting kinda boring and repetitive now... But no, I'm still not going to participate!
It feels so weird to see people doing inefficient and awful things because they don't know any better, while I'm just here watching them fall into their doom, fully knowing all the efficient and better things that can make anyone's life 200% better, including mine.
But I don't see the part where that's my problem. It's society's job to improve the quality of life of human beings, not mine. Why would I willingly do something I'm not getting paid for? What an annoying waste of time.
I'm running out of popcorns. Perhaps the secret key, the hidden link, and the missing piece of this grand puzzle of the universe is me? If I, who's observing this world from the sidelines for decades, suddenly participated, what would happen?
That would be like someone who has watched their favorite movie a hundred times, but this time, they, themselves, will be included in that same movie. What do you think would happen? I don't even want to imagine that.
Oh gosh why am I living in this body anyway? I could just become a son of a millionaire, the daughter of a carpenter, or a mountain folk who plants all day long.
I don't want this power, I don't want this responsibility. You can have all my eyes and I'll be happily blind, and I'll even pay you with everything I got.
No, no, no! I didn't see! I promise I don't see anything! So please stop bothering me. I don't know anything, really...
I'd rather rip my eyes apart than do something about what I see.
Btw I just realized that when I think "I'm an awkward and weak person", I become an awkward and weak person, but when I think "I'm a normal person", I don't become a normal person at all!! So unfair, this is cheating!
I imagine the reader of this article getting a little worried and concerned, while being shocked and confused haha. I'll continue doing my homework now and live like I always do.
"There are those who see what others cannot see. Either they consider their eyes a curse or blessing."
"The most worrying thing in this article is the line where the author is running out of popcorns."
"Life is a constant choice between do something or do nothing."
