3 of the 9 main players are injured... and Tatis, Profar and Campusano are absent

The San Diego Padres suddenly became 1.5th Army.

Right fielder Fernando Tatis Jr., left fielder Jurickson Profar and catcher Luis Campusano are absent from the home game lineup against the Milwaukee Brewers on the 23rd (Korea time).

The three main players were missing.

Tatis had bruised his left triceps after being hit by a ball just above his elbow in the third inning of the previous game. He knelt on one knee in pain and was checked by a trainer.

Tatis remained in right field for the next two innings, but was replaced by pinch-hitter Tyler Wade in his batting turn in the fifth.

According to the Associated Press, coach Mike Shildt said the injury was not serious, but that Tatis would be ill.

Profar was replaced after hitting a double in the seventh inning. He has been dealing with tendonitis in his left knee recently.

Kampusano had a bruise on his left thumb.

David Perelta will play right field instead of Tatis Jr. in the game on Sunday. Wade Jr. will play left field. Kyle Higashioka will also play catcher.

Kim Ha-sung will play at shortstop No. 7 on the same day.
