The task notes do not provide sufficient information for me to be able to locate the server. I went up to the 2nd floor. No idea which room I was supposed to be in, (OBAS card reader did not work), I had already placed a BASOL order. Doors were still not unlocking. I called security who advised special access needs to be authorised. Please re-schedule once access has been arranged (Need details of which room it is located in. I have seen on an email: "We can see only 2nd Floor from our portal and didn’t have the details of which room it is."). I did not get as far as trying to locate the part. Thanks.
