Subconscious Mind

The truth that can be seen is not the truth.

After reading the first 100 ebook pages about the CIA experiment MK2, I learned that the subconscious and unconscious mind makes up most of human thoughts and behavior. The true powers of imagination, will, and memory can be found deep within the subconscious mind, which can alter physiological states and perfectly control human behavior.

In most of the experiments, the person's will and memory are directly altered through hypnotism and sleep induction, which are able to force them to do things they don't want to do and unlock their latent abilities, to the point that they're able to memorize an entire book during their hypnotized state but unable to recall what they memorized during the conscious state.

This is particularly interesting, it somehow implies that the person's conscious mind is usually weak and feeble, like the waves of the ocean, while their unconscious mind are like the powerful currents and pressures from within the depths. In fact, it won't be a stretch to say that most of people's lives are largely determined by their subconscious mind.

I speculate that this subconscious mind consists of internalized stories we tell ourselves, as well as the internalized stories that society tell us. We are then, effectively, subconsciously programmed to follow the "plot" and stay true to the "character" that's given to us. Thus, it is highly possible, that our so-called waking lives, are actually just products of mass-hypnotism and hysteria, that we are somehow hypnotized to stick to the plot and the identity that has been given to us.

Thus, all attempts to escape the plot and change our identity often falls in vain as our hypnotized subconscious mind secretly sabotages ourselves and the progress we made, while constantly erasing and distorting some of our memories to prevent us from escaping the cycle.

The voice of our subconscious mind is incredibly powerful. To utilize it is like using our computers in Administrator Mode, which turns the computer into a powerful machine capable of doing brilliant things or destroying itself. Maybe the reason we can't use the subconscious mind is to protect ourselves from causing unnecessary harm through using unrestricted amount of freedom and power.

It's truly impressive. Perhaps this is the same logic in how Cabalistic theurgic magic works, maybe this is the same basis where affirmation messages work, maybe this is how prayers work, perhaps this is the secret mechanism through which people are able to change themselves. Indeed, it is by working with the unknown that one can instantly change the known. How brilliant, how magnificent!

Therefore, I will perform self-hypnotism in myself and experience life through the powerful eyes of the subconscious mind. I'm still not sure how this hypnotism works, I can only guess that it needs a state of trance with heightened suggestibility plus the hypnotic suggestions and instructions.

I remember a day where I was able to become completely disciplined, it was when I was able to completely shut down my conscious mind, where my body felt completely relaxed and my head felt very cloudy. I didn't spend much time thinking that day, I simply moved fully knowing what I have to do.

I am simply going to try that again. I will smoothly enter that thoughtless state again and move my body according to my will. It's like a cheat code for expert autopilot. Since you can also control your physiological functions with subconscious mind, it would also be possible to give commands like "your hair will never be itchy" and "you will not feel any pain".
