# The goal is easy managment and happy guests
## General
Contact us upon arrival at the house via Facetime
Perform a video tour on the outside
Move to inside and inspecit.
Take pictures of any issues on inside
Check supplies level - soap - shampoo - cond - dishwashing - detergeant - bleach
Plastic bags, paper towels, kitchen towels
Another FaceTime if needed
Bills due immediately after service - using Quickbooks instant invoice (see web page)
Bills and a description of work done along with any pictures are due immediately after service via email. This is a requirement for any work done at the Captain Morse House
Report Subject should be in this format: YYYY-MM-DD Inspection and description
Example: "2026-07-12 Inspection Tift turnover" or " "2026-07-15 Repair screen door"
You should see the Email report being sent to you automatically. Use that to fill in
## Errands - Erick or anyone
--------------------------------
Take the PO Box key from above the toolshed East Door header. It has colored tags and a key tag attached to it.
Check the mail for Po Box 34
Check Moen Flo: Heads up! Your device has gone offline. (Captain Morse House, Smart Water Shutoff 1”)
## Items to check Exterior

Porches clean and dusted
Trash cans rinsed and tidy
Propane tanks are full
Tables clean and seats blown off
Grills cleaned
Lounge Chairs deployed on lawn - blue -white - blue on left and same on right
Blow off patio - green blower is outside
Flowers watered, are they moist
CMH Bicycle / bike Inventory……..
Make sure tires are up to 40 lbs
Operate the compressor with the buttons - 10 minute timer for example

Air compressor runs on the timer controlled by buttons - inflate to 45 lbs
#### At the Boatyard

- Use brush to wash the engine, waterline, sterm ladder and ropes
## Wing Separation Instructions as needed
--------------------------------
Do this at the end of the cleaning and just before everyone leaves the house.
### East Side
3rd Floor
Climb the East stairs to the top of the house and lock the door at the top of the stairs.
2nd Floor East
Go into the Middle Bedroom #4 closet and take out the two curtain rods and sound proof blankets. Place the ones marked West wing on the west side of the separator door. Lock the door and put up the rod and curtain.
1st Floor East.
Go into the passage way and lock the swinging door at the top. Then take the spare panel and untie it and move it into position over the locked swinging door. Opbserve the knotch at the bottom. Use the thumb tabs to lock it in position.
### West Side
3rd Floor
Climb the west stairs to the top on the house and lock the 3rd floor separator door
2nd Floor West
Go down to the 2nd floor separator door and lock that door and put up the curtain and the rod
You have now completed the separation
If guests will use the 1st floor East bedroom #12 with the TV in it you can install the soundproof curtain on the doorway without the door. The rod and curtain should be in the closet but sometimes it is in the front hall closet.
## Wing Opening Instructions as needed
--------------------------------
Opening the doors has to be done on each side.
The curtains and curtain rods for the 2nd floor separation must be kept on the East Side in the bedroom 4 closet top shelf.
Fold the curtains so that the labels are visible when folded
The curtains and curtain rods for the 1st floor separation must be kept on the East Side in the front hall closet
## Bedroom 12 privacy screen as needed
--------------------------------
The Curtain s to make a privacy screen for bedroom 12 are kept in the bedroom closet top shelf. There should be a curtain and curtain rod for each side of the doorway. The hooks for East side of that door were removed. There are extras in West cellar door 1 shelf.
