Another one of those lame attraction theories
It's fill in the blanks time!! I think the definition of _ is to exert a pull from a distance. With neither pull nor distance, there can be no _. What do you guys think is the correct answer?

Healthy relationships require a form of intimacy and closeness. If attraction only exists because of pull and distance, how can healthy relationships maintain attraction when it demands to remove the distance?

Otherwise, they will think that you're not attracted anymore, creating more distance without pulling. After you exerted a pull, then they'll take it as a signal and exert a pull too, getting you closer together again, allowing the cycle to repeat. When the distance is too far, it is well-nigh impossible to exert a pull powerful enough to reach, making attraction extremely difficult.
