As a doctor, you're researching a specific field so you want to treat on a specific type of subject. 1 in 10 subjects matches the subjects you are looking for. However, if you were to treat on a wrong patient, you will still gain half points. You need to keep getting points within a specified amount of time otherwise you will get depressed and constantly lose your health, and if you lose all your health, you will die. Therefore, in this game, you must have really good persuasion skills to convince patients to be part of your treatment. If you care about getting the specific type of patient, you must have good lie detection skills.

As a patient, you have some unique sickness that can only be treated by a specific type of doctor. 1 in 10 doctors matches the doctor you are looking for. However, if you were to get the wrong doctor, you will lose your points, if you don't have any more points, you will lose your health. You need to keep getting points within a specified amount of time otherwise you will get depressed and constantly lose your health, and if you lose all your health, you will die.

Mechanics

You will naturally gain small amount of points each daily login. However, if you don't get a doctor soon, even a wrong doctor, you will lose your health despite having points. Therefore, in this game, you must have extraordinary communication and lie detection skills to see if the doctor is actually the one you are looking for. However, if you were to find the correct doctor without being deceived, then you will get twice more points than if a doctor were to find the right patient.

You can find doctor or patients through automatic matching or looking through a list. You can only see people's automatically generated nicknames that they didn't choose, plus they can choose a cartoon avatar within a specific set of in-game avatars. You can choose different games depending on the time you want to chat with the doctor or patient. There's 5 minute speed game, 15 minutes fast game, 30 minutes normal game, 1 hour slow game, 1 day long game, and indefinite game with no time limit.

Before the time limit ends, doctors and patients can chat to each other. Doctors will persuade patients to get treated by them and patients will be like detectives to determine the doctor's information and intentions. If both sides agree, they can press the confirm button before the time ends and get their points. The patient loses points if they got the wrong doctor. The doctor gains points despite having wrong patient. If one of them wants to back out, they can press quit button to leave quickly without needing to inform the other side. Anyone who quits the game before the first minute of chatting will incur increasing penalty the more they do it. When the match naturally ends, any side will have to choose between agreeing to treatment or quitting.

Technical Details

Before you can play any game, you have to choose whether you'd like to be a doctor or patient. Using the shop, you can spend your points to buy items for your avatar or buy extra health. Any player have a strictly defined maximum health, so they cannot buy extra health if they already have full health. You cannot change roles, unless you have enough points and buy the role change item. Your points and health will remain the same once you change roles.

There is a leaderboard rankings that lists those who get the highest amount of points, the leaderboard between doctors and patients are separate, sorted by all-time, yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily. Any leaderboard rankers can set a specific criteria to allow other people to directly challenge them. There are three different criteria that they can choose to change: stakes, points, and rankings. For example, you can choose to have higher minimum stakes so those who challenge you will have to bet a specific or minimum amount of points to challenge points. If you win, you will get all the points they stake. You can also choose to make it so that only those who have minimum amount of points can challenge you. For rankings criteria, you can make it so that only those within the leaderboard rankings can challenge you.

If you are challenged by someone, you cannot see any information about them except that you know that they fit within the criteria you set. There is also a complex system that prevents cheating, so if you receive a challenge, you won't receive it immediately. When you have 12 challenges from different players, you can see them all at the same time in a randomized way, with no information provided. Anyone who caught cheating in leaderboard rankings will be forever disqualified from the leaderboard.

Those who buy the premium subscription can have three in-game accounts with different roles. They will also receive a lot of extra points for their daily login but this points will not count towards the leaderboard. Only those with premium subscription can play games longer than 1 day timeframe. However, they are forbidden from challenging the same person from the leaderboard rankings.

This is merely the simple concept of the game, there will be more updates and content to come. There may be new game modes, more characters, and other stuff.
