5 GREAT WEBSITES FOR DESIGN RESOURCES

Over the years I've been able to find many great resources from websites that are just giving these great things away for free, for both commercial use and some just for personal use projects. It can be hard starting out trying to find great resources especially for FREE! Enjoy!

5. Spoon Graphics

Spoon Graphics is a great resource for tutorials as well as resources to use in many of your design projects. Chris Spooner is a great teacher as well and I have followed many of their tutorials over the years.

4. Graphic Burger

Graphic Burger is a nice little website that offers some great resources that are free for commercial use. They don't have as big of a catalog as Spoon Graphics but they do have some great little resources that I find myself using for projects

3. Unsplash

Unsplash is a great place for finding free stock images for mockups for clients and for personal projects. Attribution is not required for the images found on the website when used but definatly appreicated.

2. Google Fonts

Google fonts is a great resource to use when looking for a typeface for your next project. All typefaces on the website are open source so you are able to use them for personal and commercial use, Its a great alternative to using Adobe Fonts.

1. Color Hunt

Color Hunt is a great resource for color palettes, usually when I'm stumped on how to color a project I'll refer to Color Hunt for some inspiration.
