  • Fix various boards on front 1st floor porch
  • Rebuild the plywood deck under the trashcans so it is level

Medium Priority - Start Date October 1st

masonry and stonework - Complete the back wall along the fence with old curbing and stone - Re-level brick patio - Replace two non-matching stones outside kitchen doors with one large stone - Raise the stone on the West kitchen door to improve ventilation
- Repair chimneys - stucco, cap & paint Fall 2026 - Redo the flashing around chimneys (quote separately)

Carpentry - New Arbor gate fence along Morse Street for patio gate - fix steps first, add lighting for steps, gate must be wide enough for 8ft table/tent poles
- Fix or replace 3 doors (kitchen doors + patio door) - Install new front triple hung windows - Improve East cellar scuttle
- Finish wall with bluestone top (reuse driveway pieces if possible)
