We can take 3 hours of unbreakable focus in work in the morning, while we can take 1.5 hours of the same focus in the afternoon.
After each session of unbreakable focus, brain starts to wander and mind gets very sleepy. 15-20 minutes of alarmed power nap is necessary before restarting the entire session again.
Here is what our ideal Ultimate Focus routine looks like:
Other things like talking to people, doing household chores, and completing micro-tasks can happen in the middle of grinds and before having fun.
I shall have a minimum of 6 hours grind each day and a maximum of 8 hours grind. I believe that I have to complete and do this much if I want to reach my dreams.
As someone who is both unemployed and dropped-out, who is completely expected to be "doing nothing", I will be doing everything I can for the sake of my dreams, full-time.
Sometimes, this becomes difficult to explain to strangers:
Good grief, why the hell do I always appear to be superior whenever I have to say something about myself? It feels offensive to agree that I'm doing nothing when I'm doing literally everything to improve my life.
Thus, I'll replace my response with "I write articles, read books, and find jobs."
Sigh. Duck them, I don't care nor shouldn't care about what they think or feel about me. If they feel that I'm too cool or too awful to be interacted with, then they should stop wasting their time and go home.
I don't particularly like humans who judges others based on how superior or inferior they are to themselves.
Me, who just stopped judging people based on their inferiority and superiority a second ago: *Yep, yep, definitely.
"That moment when you realize you can overwork yourself more as long as you take tiny naps every time you start to get tired."
"Focus is the most important thing when it comes to productivity."
"I live for my dreams."
