Poems

What have I done

Being stuck on a damp bed
Drenched in sweat and wasted time
When a quick nap turned into a long slumber
One fades in the land of dreams

Countless maidens left and right
Slurping every gaze and praise
When all that I have ever wanted
Is to touch, devour, and bite

Take a beast so ugly and foolish All-consuming hunger and rage Yet unable to step on a single ant Finding such weak, wounded prey It heals, cares, and gives Forgetting their lunchtime

Every time it goes out to hunt
Returns with heavier responsibilities
And a much emptier belly
No greater thirst, than to drink thy own blood
No greater hunger, than to eat thy own flesh
Oh to sleep on a bed of stars...
Forever dreaming of annihilation and obliteration

Hunger

Oh crimson fangs laid bare Hunger be thy name Dripping, overflowing desire To bite or not to bite Everything for a pound of flesh

Keep it in, keep it chained Not a single word or sigh Bite the tongue if need be Take refuge in the path No blood shall be spilled

Take a hunger so grand Coiled serpent of chains Doth it bleed or weep? Sacrifices of none, sanguine Devour, altar thy own flesh

Is there anything else to life?

I see nothing but deadlines and homeworks on the horizon, blocking the sun
Creating such darkness and winter, where no one knows when will end

For how long shall we keep clinging to other people's approval?
For how long shall our happiness be at the mercy of our enemies?

For our souls have dried under the paralyzing fear
Our hearts, frozen in their gaze

When this winter ends, will there be anything left of us?
Nothing but a freezing corpse under the buried snow
