66 days left before the deadline of the main quest and I've barely made any progress.
The problem is I need to be sober before I can remember the existence of the main quest. And being sober is something that I can only get by waking up at at least 6 AM, by meditating, or by taking a nap.
The terrible thing is that the 1 PM heatwave turns the insides of my room into an oven, decreasing my sanity levels so much that taking a nap and following my routine feels impossible. Perhaps I should try to go to the backyard and chill under the trees instead of remaining in the room. I've already set an alarm so that I'll close the windows at 8:30 AM so the hot air stops flooding the room.
I have an Ocarina now, which gives me a great excuse to reduce phone screentime and increase my sanity level. I haven't unboxed it yet, let's hope that it's working and perfectly tuned despite me being tone deaf.
My treasure hunter webapp have evolved and became ridiculously op with its unlimited multi searching and history section. It shall aid me well in completing the main quest.
I want to be serious. I want to lock in. I don't want to spend the rest of my days gaming and just reading manwhas all day long. I'm scared. If the year ends and the main quest haven't been completed... who knows what will happen to me.
I know. The reason why I always think of unconventional paths and possibilities is because I know, I believe, if I really set my mind to something, if this Sage yearned for something with absolute conviction, probabilities dare not stand in my way. That's how it is. That's how it has always been, and always will be.
The mind is feeble. The body is weak. The conditions have never been optimal. This is only right. I have deliberately chosen this difficulty. Anything lower will not give this seat the glory it deserves. Victory can only be satisfying, if it comes from a place of extreme difficulty. Anything easier will simply bore me.
I know. Since my gaze have already been fixed, the outcome is set one way or another. Nevertheless, thou shalt not dare underestimate mine greed. To let things fall to my hand is not my way. I shall do my utmost to take it midair while its falling.
There's a lot of sanity and sobriety resources during early morning and nighttime. I can't afford to let it go to waste. Thus, I command, that all nighttime entertainment and rituals be extinguished and replaced with activities that gather sanity and maintain sobriety. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. Such activities include writing, meditating, thinking, and playing musical instrument.
As a token of my sincerity, I shall offer a prayer to the ten thousand gods of heaven and earth. When mortals pray, they usually pray upward directed to the heavens. Yet I am greedier than mere mortals. Thus, I shall pray in every direction, directed to every god and religion.
O great and powerful ones of heaven, earth, and beyond; hear my plea. Let your generosity and benevolence fall like rain upon me. Please grant me an indomitable will, unimpeded by all distractions. Give me limitless courage, to keep going while facing my fears. Bestow upon me a boundless heart, accepting all truths without hesitation. My will shalt be done. Amen.
