When I arrived at 47 Hardwick Lane a lady answered the door and advised MR GORDON BALL was not home. She said the hub etc had all already been plugged in and everything was working OK. She says they had advised to cancel this visit but message obviously hasn't been passed on.

19/06/2026. SA-315053. PRINTRUSH LIMITED, 1-4,10, Crossroads Business Park, Creswell Road, Chesterfield, S43 4PU. I was delayed setting off to this task due to managers team meeting call. No instructions on the task notes, all it says is: "Field Engineering Visit for broadband". Previous visit. 11/06/2026 Task 01: SA-314960, I was show to an existing SH3 and 4G backup, all plugged in and working OK. They had also been sent another identical SH3 and 4G box for some unknown reason? Customer was not sure why they had been sent the idential kit that they already had plugged in and working OK. I advised them to return the un-used kit to BT. I confirmed all was working OK and as per customers expectations. Task can be closed. Thanks.

All it says is: "notes-BT Cloud Voice - Yealink T43U Handset". angela.nianneimoi@bt.com was unable to get the phones to work, even though they were connected to known working network port that the first T46 worked on. Need to get the customers IT involved on another visit. Thanks
19/06/2026. SA-322246, 295, Shoreham Street, Sheffield, S2 4FA. Customer said an engineer had already connected the new SH3 and 4G box. He showed me to them next to the tills and all was working OK. I checked if he wanted any WiFi extenders but did not need it extending. All OK. Task can be closed. Thanks
