Shutdown Of Polish Casino

Century Casino, Inc. announced today that it will temporarily close its Polish casinos from 11:59 p.m. on Monday, December 28, 2020 to Monday, January 18, 2021, to comply with quarantine measures announced by the Polish government to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Polish sales segment contributed 4% of the company's adjusted EBITDA for the three months ended September 30, 2020.

The COVID-19 situation continues to evolve rapidly, and due to the scope of the current pandemic, it is likely to adversely affect the company until at least the first half of 2021.
