Expelled

According to the Associated Press on the 13th (Korea time), Burundi's basketball team Dinamo, which competed in the African Basketball Federation (BAL) tournament, refused to wear a uniform with the logo "Visit Rwanda" made by the Rwanda Tourism Department, its official sponsor.

Dinamo played in a match against the Cape Town Tigers in South Africa on the 10th local time with his players taped off the logo, and lost the match against Petro de Luanda on the 12th.

In response, BAL decided to expel Dynamo for failing to comply with the competition regulations.

The Rwanda Development Commission's tourism department has created a promotional logo to support famous professional soccer teams such as BAL, Arsenal, Bayern Munich, and Paris Saint-Germain.

For a long time, there has been a conflict between Burundi and Rwanda over racial and political issues. Recently, distrust continues as they claim to be supporting insurrectionists in each other's territories.
