Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is my data uploaded to a server?

No. In the current version, your data is stored locally on your device by default. The app does not require login and does not actively upload your match, training, racket, or string records.

2. Why does the app include sample data?

Sample data helps demonstrate statistics, history, and racket management features. You can clear sample data at any time in the app settings.

3. Will clearing sample data delete my own records?

No. Clearing sample data only removes records generated by the app. It does not affect match, training, racket, or string records created by you.

4. How can I clear all local data?

You can go to app settings and choose the local data clearing option in the Privacy & Data section. Please note that cleared data cannot be restored.

5. Why does the app show network time calibration on launch?

The app may try to fetch network time for basic time calibration. If the network is unavailable, the app can still be used in local mode.

6. What languages are supported?

The current version supports English and Simplified Chinese. You can switch languages in the app settings.

Usage Tips

  • Confirm the match format before scoring, such as one set, best of three, tie-break, or match tie-break.
  • Record training type, duration, intensity, and notes after each session for better review.
  • Save string name, tension, and usage time after restringing your racket.
  • Keep sample data while exploring the app, and clear it when you are ready to use your own records.
