Add those who pass the profile screening test. Check your account from time to time and message them where they're online. Message others with high potential even if they're not online.

(Update: It's incredibly difficult for these decent humans to accept your sudden friend request since they don't know you at all. Send them an unsolicited message along with it for higher chances of success. Advance with an intentional elevator speech.)

Remember, humans build organizations and organizations create jobs. The common point of everything is humans. Interact with them and you'll get access to the entire society.

Focus. You can do this. Start from the most influential and important. Then chat your way to the top. You heard that right, chat your way to the top.

Online Hunting

Let's remind ourselves the steps of online hunting.

Targeting -> Barrier Breaking -> Rapport Building -> Value Adding -> Deal-making

The steps are so obvious, I wouldn't bother to explain it. Figure it out yourself.

Value-adding

For starters, it's important to make yourself valuable to others. To make them know what you can do and how you can help, plus the most important thing — that you are ready and want to help them if they need to. Don't push it too much though, otherwise the relationship would become one-sided.

Here's some additional stuff you can do to help others, though I don't know if you can do them:
• Existence recognition.
• Basic needs assistance.
• Personality importance.
• Free services offering.

Do-me-a-favor

One of the most annoying things you learn about social interactions is that humans want to feel wanted and needed. That means, you have to pretend that they're somewhat important and necessary for you by making them do favors for you from time to time.

Similar to value-adding, don't do this too much, otherwise you'll be seen as a "user", someone who only uses others for their own gain. They'll leave in seconds if they saw you as a user. Here are some stuff you can do to make people feel important and necessary:
• "Where can I find a place that sells..."
• "Can you introduce me to..."
• "Can you suggest me some..."
• "(Ask them some questions)"

Deal-Making

To make your conversations more fulfilling and interesting, it would be better to make a deal of some sort. Great conversationalists always end the conversation with a deal, usually a date or a meeting.

Making deals turns the relationship into something more than just conversations, it means you turn each other to be part of your lives. Here are some examples of deals we can make:
• Real-Life Meeting (Req. lvl 3 rapport)
• Group Membership (Req. Lvl 1)
• Business partners (Req. Lvl 2)
• Knowledge exchange (Req. Lvl 2)
• Turn them to customers (Req. Lvl 1)

(Oh gosh I feel like I'm the most evil person in the world again for calculating this elaborate social interaction plan. Welp, there's nothing we can do about it. I hate writing social interaction plans the most.)

Things to Remember

Anyway, here are the most important three things to remember in Hunting:
• Looks doesn't matter, the moment you have judged someone by their looks, you have failed as a Hunter.
• The most important thing is ensuring that your target is at least a decent human being, someone you can reason with.
• Break the communication barriers as fast as you can so your targets would be more open and less hostile to you.

Communication Barriers

Anything invisible that prevents people from having an enjoyable and fulfilling conversations.

Here are the most important communication barriers we need to resolve:

Stranger Barrier (Non-interaction)

"I don't know that person, why should I interact with them?"

Also known as the First Barrier, this communication barrier prevents people from befriending, approaching, and interacting other people just because they are "strangers" and the belief that "strangers automatically ignore and reject each other".

Knowing each other's name and birthdate for the most sincere reasons is enough to bypass this barrier. If it's still standing, then just share more things about yourself that they can relate with to break this barrier.

Social Barrier (Politeness)

"Always be nice, always be polite."

Also known as the Second Barrier, this communication barrier prevents people from outright rejecting, excluding, or disagreeing with other people. This effectively stops most people from having authentic and meaningful conversations with each other.

Show your contradicting personal opinions that can make them uncomfortable to break this barrier. Otherwise, be straightforward, crazy, or sincere enough to bypass this barrier.

Intention Barrier (Closed intentions)

"Why did you approach me? Why are you talking to me? What the hell do you want?"

Also known as the Third Barrier, this is the most uncomfortable communication barrier that makes people run away if it goes unresolved in the conversation. It prevents both sides from being comfortable and enjoying the conversation.

Show them your intentions as early in the conversation to ease their fears and paranoia. If you're selling stuff, have some salesman props. Otherwise, state your intentions immediately. Actions speak louder than words, so some sincerity here and there would help a lot.

Self Barrier (Closed self)

"You wouldn't want to know me. I'm an imperfect and weird person who's done a lot of awful things."

Also known as the Fourth Barrier, this is toughest barrier that guards the most vulnerable aspect of our existence — "our true selves". This communication barrier prevents people from revealing who they really are which makes the conversation predictable and empty.

Show them that you truly want to know and understand them, that you're friendly, kind, and sincere enough not to reject them just because they are x. Be comfortable enough to show your true self first and they'll do the same via the "reciprocation principle".

Life Barrier (Closed world)

"You wouldn't want to hear a boring story of my life. It would just bore you to death."

Also known as the Last Barrier, this is the most hidden communication barrier that barely anyone would be able to penetrate. This barrier prevents people from sharing their life stories and personal experiences with each other, under the unproven assumption that "it would only bore them".

To break this barrier, you have to show them that you are interested in them and would like to hear more about their life and experiences. Most of the time, they'll be delighted if you're sincere enough then start spilling their entire life story.

Most of the time, we experience our lives alone. Not even our closest friends know the original version of our life stories. This story of our life is an enduring concrete proof of our existence, motivations, and character. It is our deepest secret. That's why villains like to monologue their entire life to justify their actions.

Mindsets

The mindsets that you would need to have and develop to perform this operation.

Operation Mindset

"Patience is the cornerstone of dedication, kindness, and success. The great mother of all virtues."

For any operation x that may take more than weeks to complete, it is of utmost necessity to develop the same level of patience as the caring mother who cares for their newborn baby. If you can't do that much, then it would be easier for you to go to train in martial arts for half a year than to be successful at any operation.

If you have lived long enough to read this article, you probably know by now that everything takes time. It took billions of years to create this inhabitable planet that you now stand on. It took million of years for evolution to create the human race. The question is, how long will it take for you to learn [Patience]?

Social Mindset

"Gather in groups to live happily ever after or die miserably being frozen in the eternal winter of loneliness."

You are a social being, Nuff' said. Get in tune with your desire to connect and interact with other people of the same species.

Remember that one of your survival objectives here in this world is to find a place where you belong or a group where you can be accepted. It's as equally important if not more than finding food to eat and money to pay your bills.

So cast out all the hatred, cynicism, and edginess on your heart to the eternal fire underground where it truly belongs, and start finding allies and companions to continue your adventure with.

Discovery Mindset

"Why should you wake up early every morning? I don't know, see it for yourself by actually waking up early in the morning."

The best answers to our worries and problems are often found easier by discovering it for ourselves and not through logic.

Rather than thinking "what might happen", dive head first to your problems and think in "what is going to happen". Not even a Sage can provide better answers than the answers you gained through firsthand experience.

After all, no one goes to an adventure only to avoid everything and touch nothing. Do you know what the adventurers always say?

"Let's go!!!"

---

"This article is unexpectedly chaotically good. I don't know if that's a good thing."

"Trying to converse with someone without diffusing the communication barriers is like trying to swim without knowing how to swim."

"Mindsets are like lubricants to our mind — they help us think more smoothly and efficiently."
