So I've read the first 100 pages of P/HRM book so far. I've read nothing worth of interest or value. Everything's just an extension of psychological and social principles I already know about presented in a more complicated and formalized manner.
Now I feel weird. Does those degrees, certificates, and board passers really mean anything? They all just look like stupid bureaucracy to me. What exactly is the difference between a farmer who learned from experience, to a farmer who only became a farmer because of a degree in agriculture?
It's completely ducking obvious that the former is leagues better than the latter despite not having a degree.
This is ducking annoying honestly. Really. Stupid.
Super outcasts who have lots of talent must know that they are exempted from falling in line along with the society sheeps and must take the special off road path duly reserved for their arrival.
They must not fear any bureaucracy or competition. For their abilities isn't based on a degree, it is their personality and life itself.
Even normal average sheeps must not be afraid of the wishlist requirements provided that they can present themselves very well or bypass the stupid filter.
Sigh it's late now but I really want to write an identity analysis or Personalysis just like how I write Situationalysis. I need to keep track of my personality just like how I track my situation.
I have to sleep now, but I still want to improve my Habitica, work on my LinkedIn, search for organizations, post my online services on Upwork or something, and write a revised version of reciprocatory interviewing.
Yeah nah, I guess it can wait. After all, my greatest advantage is the amount of time in my hands. I don't have anyone or anything, but I have lots of time and I know exactly what to do with it. The plan still continues, I'm going to be rich and reach the top.
This isolated, restrained, weak, and stupid introvert is going to be richer and more powerful than everyone else. My circumstances can't dictate what I can do or not. I'm going to reach my dreams because I said so.
