Where is my home?

The idea of moving to another country has been a long time coming. I don't like the climate and the mentality. We want to go straight to one of the developed countries and to the capital. After a long search, we settled on London and Dubai.
But we don't know where to go. London is culture, people, manners, and expensive housing =)
Dubai is not a cheap place either, but it is more modern.

Still can't make up our minds. It's harder to move to London, but the architecture there is beautiful. Dubai seems more affordable in that respect.
