Endzone Sport respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app may collect, how it is used, and the choices available to you when using Endzone Sport.

Endzone Sport may collect or process the following types of information:
- Account and profile information, such as nickname, display name, avatar, and basic user preferences if you choose to provide them.
- Training and performance data, including training plans, check-ins, workout records, player records, match statistics, tactic notes, tactic templates, recovery records, learning progress, and similar app activity.
- AI interaction content, including text questions, prompts, generated training plans, football coaching requests, and AI responses.
- Images you choose to upload for AI analysis, such as tactic board screenshots, training photos, or game-related images.
- Feedback and support content that you voluntarily submit.
- Device and app information needed for normal app operation, diagnostics, security, and service improvement.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless you voluntarily include it in your notes, prompts, uploaded images, or feedback.
## 2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide football training, tactics, stats, rules, recovery, and learning features.
- Save and sync your app data across sessions using backend services.
- Generate AI-assisted training plans, football Q&A, tactic explanations, and image analysis.
- Improve app reliability, user experience, and feature quality.
- Respond to feedback, support requests, and safety-related reports.
- Maintain app security and prevent misuse.
## 3. AI Features
Endzone Sport includes AI-powered features, including football chat, training plan generation, and image analysis. When you use these features, your prompts, selected images, and relevant context may be sent to an AI service provider, currently Moonshot/Kimi, to generate a response.
You should not submit private, highly sensitive, medical, financial, or legally confidential information to AI features. AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. AI coaching, training, and recovery guidance is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional coaching, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
## 4. Image Analysis
If you upload or capture an image for analysis, the selected image is processed to provide football-related feedback. Images may include visual information such as people, uniforms, fields, tactic diagrams, or surroundings. Only upload images that you have the right to use and share.
## 5. Backend Storage and Third-Party Services
Endzone Sport may use third-party services to operate app features, including:
- Supabase, for backend data storage and synchronization.
- Moonshot/Kimi, for AI text and image analysis.
- Apple system services, such as camera, photo library, local storage, and app platform features.
These service providers may process data according to their own privacy terms and security practices.
## 6. Local Storage
Some app data may be stored locally on your device to support offline access, faster loading, and continuity of your training experience. This may include training plans, check-ins, stats, tactic notes, learning progress, and preferences.
## 7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when necessary to:
- Provide app features through service providers.
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Protect users, the app, or the public from fraud, abuse, security threats, or illegal activity.
- Complete a business transfer, merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, where permitted by law.

Endzone Sport may request permissions such as:
- Camera access, if you choose to take a photo for AI analysis or profile-related features.
- Photo library access, if you choose to upload an image.
- Network access, to sync data and use AI/backend services.
You can manage permissions in your device settings.
## 9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may remove certain local data through app features such as clearing cache or deleting records where available.
## 10. Children
Endzone Sport is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age required by your region to use online services, you must use the app only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
## 11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may:
- Choose whether to provide optional profile, feedback, AI prompt, or image information.
- Manage camera and photo permissions in device settings.
- Clear certain app data where supported.
- Stop using AI features if you do not want prompts or images processed by AI services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by changing the effective date or publishing a revised version in the app or related distribution channel.
