Before using Quibvideo services, please carefully read and fully understand this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Quibvideo regarding your use of the Quibvideo app and services. By accessing, browsing, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
1.1 Quibvideo provides a wide range of services, including but not limited to, streaming of movies, TV shows, and other video content (collectively, "Services") subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
1.2 You must be at least 13 years old to use Quibvideo services. By agreeing to this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.
2.1 To access certain features of Quibvideo, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Quibvideo immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.1 Quibvideo provides a platform for streaming a wide variety of content. All content provided on Quibvideo is owned by or licensed to Quibvideo and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
3.2 You agree not to redistribute, reproduce, perform, display, or create derivative works from any of the content appearing on Quibvideo without the express written permission of Quibvideo or the applicable content provider.
4.1 You agree to use Quibvideo services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of Quibvideo.
4.2 Prohibited conduct includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within Quibvideo.
5.1 Quibvideo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach this Agreement.
6.1 Quibvideo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quibvideo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
