Commission/Adopt TOS (RECENT)
By commissioning me you agree to abide by and respect these rules. If you refuse to abide by these rules, I will not accept your commission request, nor will I allow you to buy a YCH/adopt from me. If you intentionally break any of these rules, you will be blocked and blacklisted. If you claim my art as your own or use my art to impersonate me in any way, depending on the severity, I will take whatever action is necessary against you.
My opinions may not reflect the opinions of my clients. I do not do extensive background checks on all of my clients, nor do I ask my clients any unnecessary personal questions. It is not my responsibility to know the entire history of my clients. Accepting a commission from someone is not an endorsement.
I will start your commission as soon as you pay me.
All commissions will be in USD unless stated otherwise.
I will give occasional progress updates.

All commissions:
-I reserve the right to refuse a commission on any basis.
-You may not heavily edit, trace, or recolor any commissions you have bought from me, unless I have given you explicit permission. Some edits are fine, but nothing that changes the entire image.
-I DO NOT consent to my commissions being used as NFTs. I will gladly take whatever action I can against those who use my art as NFTs.
-I DO NOT consent to my art being used for AI art and will take any necessary action if you choose to do so anyway.
-You may use your commission as an icon, header, etc. as long as you credit me.
-My commissions are for non-commercial use ONLY unless discussed beforehand.
-My drawing may be added to your ToyHouse, gallery, archive, or website/blog as long as proper credit is given.
-I reserve the right to use your commission as an example of future commissions unless you have explicitly asked me not to do so.
-I do not work under time constraints.
-You can only receive a full refund for your commission if I have not lined the sketch of your commission. If your commission is complete, there will be no refunds, period. A partial refund can be discussed only if I have gotten halfway through your commission. If you have been given a full refund, you will not receive any high quality or unwatermarked version of your refunded commission.
NSFW commissions:
-The same rules as regular commissions apply to NSFW commissions.
-I will NOT draw any NSFW for minors.
-I will NOT draw NSFW involving underage characters or characters that heavily resemble minors.
-I will NOT draw NSFW of real people/celebrities.
-I am all for kink and fetish art, but I will refuse to draw certain kinks and fetishes. Please feel free to ask politely.
-I will refuse to use the words that are disrespectful to trans and/or intersex people. I will not tag, title, or label your commission "futa," "cuntboy," or "herm," for example, nor will I refer to your characters by any of these words. If you have any characters that fit these terms and you're not okay with this rule, then it's probably best to just move on. I will not budge on this stance and arguing with me about it will go nowhere.
YCHs:
-YCHs are NOT to be used as bases.
-You may NOT trace or recolor any YCH I create.
Adoptables:
-Any adoptables you obtain from me may be redesigned.
-You may resell any adoptables bought from me.
-You may NOT use my adoptables for NFTs nor AI "art."
-Any adoptables bought from me may be made into physical items such as fursuits, cosplay, charms, plushies, etc.
-Crediting the design to me is not necessary upon use. However, the original drawing of the character done by me must be credited to me.
-You may use your own terms of service if you plan on reselling/gifting/trading said adoptable.
-You may NOT use my designs to promote hatred, harassment, or harm to others.
