Server Downtime Web Page Redesign Contest

We’re Envato - the promoter of this competition, and these are our promo terms - please read them!

  • All community members are eligible to enter so long as they are over 13 years of age. If you’re under 18 please get your parent or guardian’s permission to enter.

  • Anyone who enters must complete our entry form and provide a valid email address. The email address must be the same one that you use to access your PayPal, Skrill, or Payoneer account.

  • Envato staff may enter but are not eligible for any prizes.

  • Each community member may submit a maximum of 3 entries during the contest period.

  • All entries must be posted to our official contest thread prior to *12pm midday on October 2, 2015 * (AEST). No entries will be accepted after that time.

  • Winners must have a valid PayPal, Skrill, or Payoneer account in good standing to receive a prize. Prizes are not transferable in any way.

  • The promotion will be judged on set criteria by a group of front end designers at Envato. Judges will be looking for great overall design, and consideration for page load time, progressive enhancement, and how well the design(s) work responsively. All decisions made about this promotion by the judges and the promoter are final.

  • Winners will be announced by October 12, 2015 and the individual winner will be contacted via e-mail.

  • Each entrant may only win a total of one prize.

  • The prizes are: $1,000 USD to be deposited into the PayPal, Skrill or Payoneer account of the Grand Prize Winner, a "Won a Competition" community badge, and credit/acknowledgement for the winning design on the eventual Web page Envato will build/publish. Please allow upto 2 weeks for any PayPal, Skrill, or Payoneer prizes to be sent.

  • You grant us an ongoing worldwide, royalty-free non-exclusive license to use your entry for the purposes of managing this promotion, for any promotional activity we do.

  • We’ll only use your information for the purposes of managing and administering this promotion - you can’t enter without giving us some information so we know who wins and how to get a prize to you! Please see our privacy policy for more information about how we deal with personal information.

  • Play fair! We reserve the right not to award prizes, to disqualify entrants, and to discontinue a contest if there is any illegal or fraudulent behaviour and also to cancel the promotion if there are any circumstances that mean the promotion can’t be run as planned, this includes technical issues, hacking, natural disasters and anything else beyond our control.

  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or coupon.

  • Entrants are responsible for meeting any tax obligations that come up as a result of this promotion.

  • You promise to us that any information that you give given to us is true and correct and your entry is your own original creation and work, and does not infringe the rights (including copyright) of any other person. You promise to indemnify us in relation to any loss or damage resulting from any breach of this promise whether it is on purpose or not.

  • PayPal, Skrill, or Payoneer are not responsible for the promotions offered by Envato Pty Ltd and you should read the Terms & Conditions carefully before you take part in this promotion.
